Centenary Approach always visit the property and check the maintenance requests first and report to the solution to the owners and often repair the problem by themselves with cheaper rate
Low quality routine inspection. When the owner came for the inspection and there were so many damages and strong tobacco smells but not reported to the owners and very slow reply from the property manager
Centenary Approach’s response are fast and good & easy communicator. The routine inspection report and email has points and give the good solutions so it is easy to make decision
The drain of air conditioner is blocked and the property manager ask the owner to replace a new air conditioner and the owner found out it is fixable after the conversation with Tom, The property manager believed their contractors too much as they do not have enough knowledge and did not go to the property with tradies
The previous property manager organized their contractor to fix the problem but could not solve the problem and the owners have to replace the whole brand-new air conditioner. Centenary Approach has explained another way to fix this problem and the owner understand that Centenary Approach has a lot of knowledge to save the money. We often go to our client’s property with tradie to understand it
